1030 meeting update

This was a quick meeting.

Everyone is chanting “dev. dev. dev. dev.”

They report only one SNAFU left (the mail server, believe it or not), which they’ve assigned to Father Founder Joe. Once this problems is fixed, they say within one hour, we’ll have a shiny new toy to play with here internally.

I smell an alpha.

The second half of startup weekend is now officially underway. Woot!

The heavy lifting is now mostly with the dev team, a core group of about 10 people.

Now the user experience team is working on Version 2.0 of vosnap.com (believe it or not, we already have user feedback and feature creep) and there is a faction working on truly meaningless shit now as well. Case in point…

The 7:30pm meeting was delayed until 8pm. Here’s the update.

We’ve been TechCrunched. Stats: Up to 113+ viewers on uStream. #4 and #5 on Truemors. 43 references to vosnap on google. 24+ hours without an on the job accident. We’ve collected about 40 emails in the last hour for launch notification. 1500 unique hits to the vosnap site in the last few hours.

Facebook is the first remote app for VoSnap

Casey (one of the 12 or so founders in the marketing group) says:

“We have decided to develop the Facebook application as the first VoSnap extension. The Facebook app will allow users to generate VoSnaps directly from Facebook, reaching their friends on mobile phones and email.”
