in weekend
To those of you up late looking for our launch, thanks so much. It has been fun interacting with the online startupweekend.com community all weekend. Our appologies for not having something for you right now.
We will launch soon. We will send out an email to everyone that signed up through vosnap.com when we do launch.
Four cities have shown interest in hosting a startup weekend of their own, and I couldn’t be more excited. Please get in touch with me, I and quite a few original startup weekenders would love to come out and see your neck of the woods. Email me at info@startupweekend.com.
Til launch…

4 hours 6 minutes late now, maybe time to send out a Press Release about the delay as it’s become quite significant now?

Sorry guys,
“Well I waited for 6 hours and 10 minutes after VoSnap was meant to be launched. Still nothing”

Agreed. I think we all would understand any reason given for not launching, but giving no reason at all seems out of character compared to the rest of the weekend?
What’s up?

I found an unpublished URI for a VoSnap preview. See my blog for more info. http://opinionone.blogspot.com/2007/07/vosnap-preview-gets-new-look.html

We have some insight on how to make this thing work. Talk to Andrew about it if you’re thinking about doing this on your own. What a great experience, I’m totally thankful I was involved.

So from a previous blog post, “Midnight or bust…”, I guess this means “bust” ? Good luck wrapping it all up, but I’ll also say the radio silence since last night has been a bit deafening.

Alright, some communication on what is going on would be great…some of us have been following what is happening religiously and now…silence. What’s the hold up? We heard 12AM, 2AM, 4AM, and now…nothing it’s almost 10:AM MST on Monday, come on you guys. Part of the experiment was the communication of the process, you did a pretty good job throughout, don’t bail on us now.

Yes, many of us would like to study how this week down and what worked and what didn’t work. The non-launch of vosnap.com in the given time frame should be explained so that people will know what to focus on if the startupweekend is done in other cities.
