A few of you who cannot be here this weekend are asking for a clear description of the product and the business model. We’ll bring this up at the 930am meeting to figure out what to say.

Great description! I’m looking forward to seeing the one resulting from some more work on Phase 2.
And I totally love the experiment. Wish I’d known about it in advance as I don’t see any customer service / tech support experience showing up in the roster for the weekend. If you come up with any questions that might need that sort of expertise, I’m happy to help remotely from Seattle!
